MalachiSoft Launches SEO Internship Program in the Philippines for PinoySEO Training Academy Graduates
A New Chapter for MalachiSoft — and for a New Generation of Filipino SEOs
This month marks an exciting milestone for our agency: we officially launched the MalachiSoft SEO Internship Program, welcoming our very first cohort of interns — all fresh graduates of the PinoySEO Training Academy. The whole team gathered over Zoom for the orientation, and the energy on that call was exactly what you’d hope for on day one: nervous smiles, plenty of questions, and a lot of peace signs.

Why We Started an Internship Program
There’s a gap that almost every aspiring SEO in the Philippines runs into. Training courses teach you the fundamentals — keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, analytics — but nothing replaces the experience of working on a real website, with a real client, where rankings and revenue are actually on the line. That gap between “certified” and “job-ready” is exactly what this internship is built to close.
Our interns won’t be fetching virtual coffee. Over the course of the program they will work alongside our senior team on live client campaigns, getting hands-on experience with the same work we do every day at MalachiSoft: technical SEO audits, keyword research and content planning, on-page optimization, link building outreach, and performance reporting with Google Analytics and Search Console.
From the Academy to the Agency
Every intern in this first batch completed their training at the PinoySEO Training Academy, so they arrive with a solid foundation in SEO fundamentals. The internship is the natural next step: a bridge from coursework to client work. By the end of the program, each intern will have portfolio-ready projects, mentorship from practitioners, and a clear picture of what agency life looks like — from kickoff calls to ranking reports.
Meet Our First Cohort
A warm welcome to the pioneering batch of the MalachiSoft SEO Internship Program: Shane, Ira, Kenneth, Dana, Johara, Jayson, Mike, Friendric, Stephanne, Elena, Reya, and Yani. Congratulations on completing your training — we’re thrilled to have you on board and can’t wait to see what you build over the coming months.
What’s Next
The interns are starting with structured onboarding — tools, workflows, and their first supervised tasks on client projects — before gradually taking on more responsibility. We’ll be sharing updates on the program right here on the blog, including lessons learned and, hopefully, a few success stories from the cohort themselves.
