Web Design for International Companies: How We Built MedImpact International’s First Website from Figma to WordPress

We’re proud to unveil our latest launch: the brand-new website of MedImpact International — a global healthcare and business solutions company with teams across the Philippines, India, and the Gulf Cooperation Council. This project is a perfect example of web design for international companies: a multinational organization, a distributed marketing team, and a brand that needed to look world-class from day one. Here’s how a web design company based in Iligan delivered it.

The Client: A Global Company Without a Website

MedImpact International connects healthcare expertise, technology, and multinational operations — BPO services, staff augmentation, and Pharmacy Benefit Management — through hubs in Manila, Cebu, Bengaluru, Chennai, Dubai, and across the GCC. Remarkably, before this project, they had no website at all. For a company hiring and operating across three regions, that meant every candidate, partner, and client had nowhere to verify who they were or what they stood for. The new site had to carry the full weight of a first impression — globally.

The Brief: From Figma Design to a Living WordPress Website

MedImpact’s own designer had already crafted the visual identity in Figma. Our job was to bring that design to life — faithfully, responsively, and in a way their team could manage without developers. We built the site on WordPress with custom Elementor templates, translating every Figma screen into pixel-accurate, reusable sections: hero layouts, geo-location pages for the Philippines, India, and GCC, careers and culture sections, and a Thought Leadership blog their team now publishes to regularly.

Custom Elementor templates were the key decision here. Instead of locking the client into hard-coded pages, every section is a reusable building block — so their marketing team can spin up new pages, culture stories, and insight articles that automatically stay on-brand.

Two Months, Zero Chaos: How the Collaboration Worked

The entire project was completed in two months — on a website with multi-region navigation, dozens of pages, and an active blog. What made it move that fast wasn’t luck; it was communication. We worked in structured approval rounds with MedImpact’s marketing team: each template and page section was reviewed, refined, and signed off before moving to the next. Clear feedback loops meant no wasted revisions and no surprises at launch.

That rhythm matters double when your client is international. With stakeholders across time zones, we kept approvals asynchronous and documented — the kind of process discipline that makes web design in the Philippines such a strong choice for global companies: excellent English communication, timezone flexibility, and agency-grade quality at Philippine rates.

What the Finished Site Delivers

The launched website gives MedImpact International a complete digital home: a clear story of what they do and where they operate, dedicated geo-location pages for each region, a Global Careers Gateway that routes applicants to the right team, a Life & Culture section showcasing their people from Cebu to Chennai to Dubai, and a Thought Leadership blog that positions them as an industry voice. Everything is responsive, fast, and fully editable by their in-house team.

Why International Companies Choose a Philippine Web Design Partner

MedImpact International joins a growing list of global clients — from the US, UK, Canada, and Australia — who trust MalachiSoft, a web design company based in Iligan City, with their digital presence. Being SEC-registered, operating since 2018, and running our own training academies means clients get a stable, accountable partner — not a one-off freelancer. And as this project shows, distance is no barrier when the process is right: Figma in, world-class website out, in two months.
